Since daycare was closed, Kyle and I made the decision for a little adventure and headed to Grampi and Grammi's house for fun and relaxation. Fun was largely for Kyle who got endless swing time, golfing lessons, lots of soccer games, a few tickle monsters, tons of rubber duckies, and baths in the BIG tub. However, the highlight was heading out to Great Grandad's farm to drive the combine and tractor. There was definitely a huge smile on a very lucky little girl's face. While Kyle was busy playing, her mama got to enjoy a few extra naps and moments for herself. It was a glorious trip, and even with two plane delays, Kyle was a trooper. She even made her mama cry with an interpretive dance in the MSP airport. Sometimes you just need to listen to the music!
