Random Happenings as Winter Continues

This month has been filled with randomness. There has been snow, rain and sun. There has been parties and swimming. Blackout Bingo was won. Pajamas went to school. A special little lady was selected to be a flower girl. Life is good!

Valentines and Party Blasts

With a lot of patience and skill, Kyle created the ultimate unicorn Valentine box.  She then busily addressed and made valentines for everyone in her class and extended care.  Jack was more than happy to wait for his to be delivered....especially as they got to wear pajamas to school that day.

Other fun times including bounce house parties with party favors that were possibly just as great as the cake!

Adding to the Landscape

Two hundred trees arrived this past weekend.  Along with those came a lot of rain and significant flooding.  Luckily two eager helpers put in some work to plant a few Cedar trees.  The best part was Kyle going out the next day, mentioning one had grown past its shield, and loudly proclaiming, "That was mine."  I suspect it might be awhile before we see any real growth, but these trees are sure going to get a lot of love.
